Tell us a little about yourself, 

1 Where do you live now and how long have you been there?

We have lived in Singapore for 3 years now. Melbourne for 7. Abu Dhabi for 2 and Darwin before that for 17 years

What do you love about where you live now?

The response of orderly sensible caring people and the Singapore Govt  

How is it different from your home country?

Singapore is much more proactive. They do not have the petty party politics that frustrates me and stifles the Australian economy 

What frustrates you about your host country?

Queues

The CoronaVirus

How has the CoronaVirus affected you?

Yes but it’s been managed so well here that I find myself feeling blessed to be here in Singapore 

Where are you now and where is the rest of your family?

I am in Singapore my children are in Melbourne 

Are you in self-isolation, lockdown or are you social distancing and what rules do you need to follow?

Social distancing. I follow the Sg Govt advice. When in a country you do as they ask you to do or you leave. I am happy with their response 

What do you find the hardest about your situation right now?

Seeing my friends more. ANZA social functions, ANZA Walking Group, ANZA Yoga Group 

Isolation tips

Do you have any tips for anyone in lockdown or self-isolation?

I ride my bike and avoid public transport

I do Stand Up Paddling. Nothing more isolated than a single SUP and a pushbike 

What are you doing differently now compared to a few months ago?

Not meeting in large groups

Doing more by myself

More time on social media
